2001 Interview (Lindsay)

Lindsay says: “Hi everyone. I just want to say thanks a million to everyone for being so patient, I know we’ve been away quite a while. We’ve been writing loads and loads of songs and we’re coming back very, very soon with a brilliant new album so keep your ears and eyes peeled!”

Music: “I went and got the new *NSync album because I loved “Pop”, but I’m looking forward to Britney and Michael Jackson’s new albums too. I’ve actually been listening to Phil Collins recently - one of his old albums, but it’s got so many brilliant songs on there.”

Holiday: “I went to Greece in April but that’s kind of like going home for me. I live in a suburb of Athens and there’s fantastic shopping there, everything from Diesel to sports shops to little boutiques where you find things you wouldn’t find anywhere else.”

TV: “Last year we were in America so I only got to see the last couple of episodes of Big Brother but this year I was addicted from the start. I was rooting for Brian, so I’m glad he won. Every episode he had me in stitches!”

Hobbies: “Because I grew up with pets I’ve got so many animal stories that I’ve actually started writing a journal of my cats’ lives! Maybe one day something will come of it, we’ll see.”

Movies: “I haven’t seen it yet, but I’m still looking forward to seeing Captain Corelli’s Mandolin because it’s set in Greece. The last thing I saw was Bridget Jones Diary which I thought was really funny.”

Love life: “I’m still going out with Lee. I know there have been things in the papers about us being engaged, but we never have been!”

Gigs: “We went to see Robbie Williams in Cardiff which was just brilliant. He’s such a brilliant performer and good singer, really funny and natural.”
